Internet Safety!

Whilst at home it is a good idea to keep track of what your child is accessing on the Internet and what apps they are using. At times like these where our students will be accessing the Internet more than usual, Internet Safety is more important than ever.

The NSPCC has sent us a resource where they have reviewed the most popular social networks, apps and games your kids are using. This is an incredibly useful resource for any parent or carer so they can fully see and understand what their child is accessing on their phones or computers.

Please see our useful links on Internet Safety and parental controls below!

Further help and support. For practical advice on privacy settings, parental controls and more call our online safety Advice Line on 0808 800 5002. If you're a child or young person and want to talk, contact Childline online or call 0800 1111. Anyone who's worried about online grooming or sexual behaviour online can contact CEOP.

Another link we thought our parents and carers might find useful is a guide on how to set up parental controls on any of your child's devices.

Parental Controls

Give your child a safe space to explore their curiosity online. Our step by step guides will help you to set up the right controls and privacy settings on the networks, gadgets, apps, and sites they use to give them a safer online experience.
