Carwarden House Outreach Provision

Outreach is a practical advice and support service from one educational setting to another.  Outreach from special provision to mainstream lies at the centre of the inclusion agenda.  The development of close links ensures that services are complementary rather than separate.

All thirty five schools in the Surrey Heath area and special schools on the west of the county are invited to our monthly surgeries.  They are open to everyone who works within these educational settings; some schools use them as part of their professional development.

We also welcome staff who would like to visit us at Carwarden House.  We have many visitors from both primary and secondary settings.

We have just started to offer training session for parents here at Carwarden House School which include a variety of special needs topics.

Please contact us for any enquiries about training or visits to your school or to come to Carwarden.
